In-Person Training
We’ll use a combination of yoga (Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Mindful, and Gentle) weight training, and functional fitness exercises to create a custom program for you.
For the beginner: While studios are a wonderful resource, learning the fundamentals of yoga while incorporating any special needs you have is a perfect way to begin. After we’ve created a solid and safe base, and given you a toolbox full of modifications to postures specific to your body’s needs, take your confidence into the studio with you, or continue at home. Either way, you’ll benefit from the energy, balance, joint health, and strength that your work has earned.
To build all-around fitness, mobility, balance, and strength: Let’s build a consistent practice for you to ensure you’re living your most vibrant life. Sometimes aches, pains or old injuries get in the way of our beloved activities. Our sessions will be built on creating a program that inspires you while progressively building up key wellness needs to allow you to continue an energetic and happy lifestyle.
